TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR Boomtown Casino Fort McMurray

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the facilities, services, and amenities provided by Boomtown Casino Fort McMurray (the "Casino").

1. DEFINITIONS

   In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" means any individual who uses or intends to use the facilities, services, and amenities of the Casino.
• "Member" means an individual who has become a member of the MyChoice loyalty program operated by the Casino.

2. ACCESS TO THE CASINO

   The Player acknowledges that entry to the Casino is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo identification.

3. RESPONSIBLE GAMING PRACTICES

   The Casino encourages all Players to practice responsible gaming habits, including setting deposit limits and taking regular breaks from play. The Player agrees to inform the management of any concerns regarding their own or another individual's gaming activity.

4. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL POLICIES

   Deposits made by credit cards will incur a processing fee of 2.5%. Withdrawals processed via cheques or wire transfers may take up to 7 business days. The Casino reserves the right to require additional verification for certain withdrawal requests.

5. GAMING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   All gaming at the Casino is subject to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) regulations. The Player acknowledges that they understand and agree to comply with all applicable laws and rules governing gaming in this jurisdiction.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

   The Casino shall maintain confidentiality of all personal and financial information provided by Players, except as required by law or regulation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   In no event will the Casino be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from its services or facilities, including but not limited to loss of earnings, profit, business interruption, or other pecuniary losses.

8. TERMINATION

   The Casino reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and/or a Player's membership in the MyChoice loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in the manner specified in Alberta's Arbitration Act.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and the Casino regarding the use of its facilities, services, and amenities, superseding all prior communications, negotiations, and understandings.

11. AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified at any time by the Casino without notice to Players. The updated version will be posted on the Casino's website for reference purposes.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    By entering the Casino premises and/or participating in its services, each Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations governing gaming in Alberta.

The Player understands and agrees that a breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of membership, confiscation of winnings, or other penalties, all according to the Casino's discretion.
